If you want to find a job, where do you want to work? There is no doubt that while a few of us prefer to do what we like to earn for living, most of us want to work at a company where we can get a high salary. Since it is hard to get a good job, we normally do as hard as we can to keep the job. Many of us work hard to get a better position and, of course, a higher salary. Therefore, one thing that we don’t want to hear from the employers is that they don’t need us anymore. Unfortunately, even if you work harder than usual, you cannot completely eliminate the risk of losing your precious job. We all have our own bad days and we don’t know when these days come to hit our life. If someday we really lose our job due to some reasons, what we can do is to make sure that we can get what we deserve for before leaving the company. A good compromise agreement will benefit both of you and your employer. The employer doesn’t want to get sued for the decision and the employee wants to get a good compensation to prevent him or her to sue the employer or the company. To solve this conflict, you need compromise agreements.
